We had a deluxe suite at the Remington and enjoyed the luxury and space. The kitchenette and free wi-fi were a bonus. We found the staff friendly, charming and helpful in every way. The day I stayed the water for the entire hotel was off from noon till about four. Was advised on check in. Breakfast left some to be desired, cereal and pastries had to pay for drinks. However very good stay, friendly and helpful staff, in down town, in walking distance of about everything. Would stay here again if in Shreveport.... More

We stayed 1 night at The Remington Suite Hotel and Spa. The only complant I have is the phone did not work in our room and we were not offered another room with a working phone. Other than that we had a good stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. Gorgeous decor and large spacious rooms. Conviently located downtown. Massage services were amazing, a must have. We cannot wait to return to this hotel!!!

A beautiful small boutique hotel. The owner personally escorted us to our suite! There was no hint of smoke around.. So refreshing. Im hesitant to leave a good review on this hotel because there are only 22 total rooms... I'm afraid that the more people know about this hotel the more difficult it will be to get a room. I foound that this was a refreshingly unique place in every way. The staff,front desk,housekeeping were excellent at making me feel welcomed at relaxed. It is also very closely located to a couple of casinos. There is a parking garage next to it but they so offer valet service. Each foom is named after famous artists and each is different... More
