This Comfort Suites has deteriorated in the past several years. I had stayed there 3 years ago and it was fresh and clean. Had to be moved because of strong chemical smell in room. Moved to another room and the bathroom had a loose toilet seat, rusty hinges, and a rusty shower curtain. We went to Port Allen, LA and took the rating from your web site and staied at Holiday Inn Express. We didn't like it. It was not what I thought a four star should be.
