The carpets were so dirty we had to wear socks the whole time. The toilet was stopped up and we had to get a plunger from another guest and un-stopped it ourselves!! There were HUGE bugs everywhere!! We were also wrongly charged for an extra day and they refused to refund our money. The pool was disgusting. More

This place is disgusting. Cockroaches everywhere including the beds and sinks. The carpet is wet in every room (our family had 4 rooms). The daytime staff in the office was rude. We left after we found the roaches in the bed and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Alexandria which was really nice and CLEAN with good service. More
