Great hotel from the start. Clean and comfy rooms. Rooms were big and well appointed. The breakfast was a nice bonus. A wide variety of items to pick from. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Will definately stay there again.
Really enjoyed my stay here, it was everything you expect in a hotel. The girl who helped us, chelsey, was smart, helpful, nice, and very cute! If looking for a place to stay here, check out best western.
Nice room, great beds and pillows. I didn't get to eat breakfast there but the dining room looked great. Surrounded by a multitude of hotels, it is a little hard to negotiate among them. This hotel could use a more visible sign. Great front desk help.
Newly refurbished rooms were great! The free breakfast included eggs and even biscuits and gravy! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would choose to stay here again.
Stayed here after reading negative reviews of other hotels in Natchitoches. A little pricey, but apparently in line with similar hotels in Natchitoches. Room was clean and comfortable, clerks were helpful and alert, and breakfast bar was better than average. Would stay there again.
