Pretty decent rooms (all are updated) for a full service Marriott, though definitely better Marriotts out there, but for a good location in Metairie and still close to the airport and downtown, you can't beat this one for the price (when $150 or less) and parking is cheap at this hotel - a rarity for NOLA hotels). “Good Hotel in Metairie LA”

This is a typical Marriott Inn until it comes to service. This one exceeded my expectations. The only negative is their parking lot it was very hard to find an empty spot. More

We loved this Marriott & we'll definitely stay here again! All of the staff, from the valet to the front desk to housekeeping was friendly and helpful. We called the hotel about taxi service when we landed in New Orleans. We went with the recommended taxi company because of the price the hotel thought it would charge. Big mistake. We stayed on a complimentary night as we were checking out hotels in the New Orleans area for a reunion. This Marriott is at the top of our list - everyone was friendly, caring, the dining room (although a bit slow), offered high quality food. Drinks were excellent. This is a solid Marriott. The standard room is good sized with a very comfortable bed. The views can be great, with many overlooking the lake and others with downtown New Orleans in the distance. This is such a sweet hotel. Food is great, room is huge, bed is comfy. Used the fitness center Monday night and had the place to myself. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended! More
