I stayed at Acadiana Lodge from April 26 to April 30, 2012 while working Festival International. If I were in town to enjoy a weekend getaway instead of to volunteer/work, this would NOT be the hotel to choose. Its acceptable for less than fifty bucks :) The less confortable thing, is that everything smells of cigarrette.

I don't understand what's up w/the negative reviews BUT I would go out of my way to sleep there any where close to Layfayette!!!! If the ratings had more stars I'd still max it out!! I WILL BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER!! :D :D

It is ashamed how and what the management. Conduct themselves there. Employees and management like this gives this state. A bad name. I hope the poor owners realize what is going on at this place. The owners seem to be spending the money to improve the loocation,but the manager is .....let's just say, not the rite guy for the job.
