I was actually put at this hotel by United Airlines because I was bumped from my flight. Good service. Seem eager to please. I can't give 'service' 5 stars - because my wake up call never happened. The service is good at this hotel and the staff very friendly. The rooms are quiet and the location is near the airport, but you do not hear a lot of noise. I have stayed here several times and there is a very good seafood restaurant within walking distance, less than a block.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and easy to find. This was a great place to stay the night before sailing out of New Orleans on a cruise. Although it is very close to the airport, we never heard a sound. There's convenient shopping close by for those things we forgot to pack!

This is a great airport hotel and clean. It has free transportation to and from the airport. Also, they provide transportation to near by restaurants and the mall. The breakfast was free with a hot waffles and many other items. I will stay here next time I fly into New Orleans. It's only 7 minutes away.
