The hotel is easy to get to, just off the highway and fine for traveling families. The rooms were clean enough, if a little older, and the bed was comfortable. The two elevators for six floors were very, very small though and the wait tended to take a while during the morning hours. We prefer to stay in hotels that...

Upon arrival, the manager was able to get me into a room early on both the first day before my cruise, and the day after. The room was very spacious, and overlooked the beautiful pool. For New Orleans, the price was excellent also. It's right by the airport, with just a short drive down the airport highway to all the...

We checked in and were sent to the wrong room. The room we were sent to was still occupied. We went back downstairs. The woman working the desk did apologize and sent us to another room. This room was unoccupied and looked to be somewhat clean. There were adequate towels and the room was a nice size. There were stains...

I knew before I got to the hotel that it would be of poor quality. You get what you pay, for right? Well things have sunk to new lows. Absolutely the worst corporate hotel I've be in. Horrible staff. The ladies could barely tolerate standing up much less anything else. Dirty lobby. Dirty carpet. Dirty hotel bar complete with dirty...

The rooms were very neat and tidy, with free internet and modern TV, the only thing missing was a fridge, I did ask for one but none were available for the whole time of staying there, but thankfully there was...

Room was comfortable and clean. I booked a 5.00am shuttle to airport and that was on time and got me to the airport in under...
