Rooms were well appointed and very clean. Went for jazz fest and were only a 15 minute drive away. The Staff were always pleasant and extremely helpful. Had a breakfast buffet which was good. No Pool or outdoor area

Claims to be recently remodeled, but that remodel is not evident. I was given what they called a "small suite," but it was just a standard room and a small standard room at that. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is better than average.

This place is in a scary neighborhood, but actually it's quite alright once you get inside. Room was quite small, but clean and comfortable. We were there when the Final 4 was going on so the price was quite high, but aside from that, it was pretty good.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel overbooked themselves, and sent me 30 miles outside of New Orleans. I had to pay the second hotel bill in the morning at check out, and wait for the credit to my credit card. I also had $115 taxi bill that occurred from them sending me out of the area.... More
