For the price the rooms were great. Service was amazing. There was a bartender named Kimberly who I swear was the nicest person we've met on our entire 6 day trip. Pool was over chlorinated but that was my only gripe. No breakfast or fridge in the room which was an annoyance but it wouldn't stop me from going back....

If you have to catch an early AM flight from N.O. airport, you couldn't do better for the price than the Crowne Plaza, barely 5 minutes from the airport with their free shuttle starting at 4AM. Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds; but no free breakfast. Special kudos to the night manager on duty and the super nice shuttle driver....
