While a bit expensive for its location, if cleanliness ,friendliness and service is important , its a nice place to stay. Traveled with our dog and its pet friendly, but without any odors or stains like some hotels. Would definitely stay here again.
Front desk clerk, Casey, was great--terrific accent and personality--very helpful. The breakfast left a lot to be desired--on weekends not a full breakfast served--short on personnel to work the kitchen area--no spoons (makes it hard to eat cereal)--no chocolate milk (big sin). Room was nice, clean and maid staff was attentive to our needs.
This is my first time visiting Houma, LA. and of course the worst thing happaned to me...
my newly purchased vehicle's transmission needed replacing.
The people who work for the Houma La Quinta Inn made me feel at home, (safe), advised
me of locations of need... such as grocery stores, etc.
Always friendly , professional workers plus each worker made...

We were in Houma recently for a funeral, and this hotel was a very peaceful retreat. The front desk staff was very friendly, and the freshly baked cookies each day were tasty. The grounds, common area, and rooms were very clean. A substantial breakfast was offered and included yogurt, cereal, eggs, biscuits, meat and fruit. All were good, but the...

I booked this hotel several weeks in advance of the recent Voice of the Wetlands Festival. I found the location to be perfect for that event. 5 minute drive to the festival location with tons pf eating locations near by.
Front Desk staff were always helpful and friendly. We stayed three days and never had an issue with our room...

We were not really impressed with this hotel. The smell of moth balls was over whelming! We were told that it was to keep snakes away..it will keep us away for sure. The room was not bad but it too had a moldy smell along with the moth ball odor. We didn't eat breakfast there so I'm not sure what...
