I stayed in this hotel for two nights and my experience was a quiet pleasant. The staff were friendly and room service was excellent. The room price was reasonable and location of the hotel was perfect as the hotel's location was close to Hammond Mall.

It was a very nice hotel very clean the people who work there were very nice and friendly.

Very clean updated room (119). Beverly, who works at the breakfast bar is very nice and helpful. This is the nicer/safer/newer of the two Best Western hotels in Hammond. Would stay here again.
