The Stockade is, hands down, our favorite place to stay in Baton Rouge. The proprietor, Janice DeLerno, is accommodating and flexible. Her rooms are big and comfortable, and the gardens are lovely. The back veranda is beautiful, even in winter, and I'm telling you, you won't find a better tasting bowl of grits in all of Baton Rouge. More
