The Kingfish Lounge is a wonderful place to enjoy a cocktail in Baton Rouge. The relaxed vibe and friendly service is greatly appreciated. The dirty martini's are the very best in town, upon request they will gladly serve it will a pickled okra garnish... delicious. more

Stayed here for one night for business. Loved it. My room had a great view of the Mississippi. The staff was courteous and pleasant. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Baton Rouge. Stayed at the Capitol Hilton for 3 days in beginning in early March 2009 with my wife, attending a meeting. Very interesting place, wonderful history and so convenient. Food great at Kingfish and Huey's and several others in town, notably Jubans. Only drawback is the condition of the rooms, a little old, and no bath tub. Could use a little... more
