Walked into room and it SMELLED SOUR! Bathroom was FILTHY! Toilet was DIRTY! Asked for a new room and was told they were booked and since it was after 6pm NO REFUND! I've now had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at both chains properties in Baton Rouge. Here I found a used condom next to my bed I was told they'll take care of it. There was no parking space, the staff who greeted us was very rude (we were greeted with a "Sup"), the air conditioner didn't work correctly, and the rooms were dirty and unsanitary............................

“Great home away from home”

Stayed here for 3 weeks while new home was being completed. Very satisfied with accommodations. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and space well arranged. Very helpful to have kitchenette with full sized refrigerator so that we could prepare simple meals. Excellent location near movie theater, restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping.

“Best on road for extended business stay”

Very relaxing place with great people taking care of you. Manager Gary Ford is a true hospitality person. He is always ready to help with a great smile and attitude. All front desk staff members are also equally very nice & kind people.This hotel is near many great restaurants and attractions.
