Good value and convenient to highway. Not the nicest hotel in the chain, but I would rate as #2 behind the next Hampton in downtown Pikeville

Down here in KY for business. This hotel is nice, well kept, has a friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The only cons is the strong smell of clorine from the pool when u come into the lobby. The pool is just off the lobby.

This hotel is just okay. I've stayed here twice, and both times, I thought the rooms needed some maintenance. The duvet in my room this past time was stained (gross!), and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. Other than that, the room seemed clean. I stayed here when all the hotels in Pikeville were full. It is conveniently located at the terminus of the Mountain Parkway, beside the Mountain Arts Center. It is nicely maintained. Lots of chlorine smell from the pool in the lobby and first floor. Breakfast is unexciting, but comes with.
