I asked for help with my luggage (no formal bell service), got it, with a smile! Staff goes out of their way to see that I receive exceptional service. They seem to want to make exceptional service their routine. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Paducah!

The location is great there is a nice park across the street. Front Desk staff are very helpful and full of engery. The atmosphere is super it is a great place to stay.

I asked a house keeper for shampoo and she just looked at my like i was crazy I walked down the hall and asked another house keeper and she smiled and said sorry I walked down stairs and went to the front desk but the girl was to busy texting
