This town has few good choices and this is hotel is priced less than the higher end hotels and is every bit as nice.

We stay in Owensboro 2-3 times a year to visit family and finding a nice hotel in a decent price range is always a struggle. This one is a little off the beaten path but for the price, we didn't mind going another 5 minutes out of the way.

The Sleep Inn is clean and well maintained, and at just over 60 bucks per night (including free wi-fi) for two people it was an outstanding value. Although I discovered this place through an online search, I got the lowest price by calling the motel directly rather than by booking through a third-party.

The room was spacious and the hotel is located in a great location away from the main city. The only issue we had was the spiders and bugs in the room, under the bed and closet. The pool is clean and breakfast is decent.

Hotel must have been recently updated . Very clean and modern. I liked the flat-screen TV's (with several high-definition options).
