This is the second 'updated' courtyard property i have stayed at, the other being in Oregon. Very nice, clean, comfortable,modern, and very friendly and professional gentleman named Joe working the front desk when we checked in. Marriott should be happy they have this guy.

As the other reviewers have mentioned, this is the best hotel in town: Fairly new, large rooms, great staff, and nice cafe in the lobby (ate breakfast there only). The hotel is located right next to Highway 60, and there are several restaurants nearby (including a decent Mexican Restaurant); free parking is available on-site.

Staff is very nice. Hotel is fairly new. Design is good. Rooms are large and give a good nights sleep. Parking is free and close. There are several chain restaurants nearby.

Centrally located, and off the beaten path. We always book a handicap accessible room, it is absolutely wonderful. Easy to manuever my wheelchair, appropriate grab bars in the roll-in shower. This hotel is very new and stylish. Our room was clean and smelled very fresh. We were impressed that staff checked our room to make sure everything was in perfect working order. We only know this because we checked in a little early, when the gentleman was finishing his rounds. We took advantage of the pool, fitness center, and laundry.... More

I stayed here with my family of five and found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Nice outdoor patio. The restaraunt next door (Cheddars) is quite good and very popular. This is my preferred place to stay when visiting relatives in Owensboro.

Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice and clean hotel! Pool and hot tub indoors were wonderful. The room was large and comfortable. It was quiet there and our room was right by the elevator.
