Oh boy I cannot wait to write about this gem! Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had staying at a hotel. Look I realize this is NOT the Westin but seriously this place is atrocious. Out of my party FOUR cars were towed because management neglected to tell us we needed "passes" to leave our cars on the property... more

Everything was great: view, location, comfort, and price. Approaching from the Kentucky side, we were startled to find we had to cross into Cincinnati and back but it was quick and a nice view of the river. It would have been nice to have a hotel sign on Riverboat Row. We drove by it three times. more

My wife and I stayed here one night during a road trip and had a great time. We upgraded to a river view and had a huge room with a great view of Cincinnati. Breakfeast was typical. Room was clean and well maintained. The lobby is small but location was worth it. more

Pros: very nice people at the front desk and within walking distance to Newport on the Levee. (about 1/2 mile one way walk) Sits on the Ohio River which is kind of nice. Most Comfort Suites are identical, but this one was awesome because of its location! Right on the Ohio River in Newport, Kentucky and half of the rooms have a beautiful view of the river and Cincinnatti skyline.
