We came here for a family emergency...got here 4 am...we got their "suite" thinking it would be better with the kids having a kitchen. We stay here every year when we return home to visit my mum & see friends. It's always been clean, the staff have always been courteous & helpful, and my husband adores the sausge gravy! Murray isn't all that huge, so it's close to everything.

This was hands down the nastiest hotel I've ever set foot in. The room smelled of mold. The shower curtain had mold on it. The towels and sheets had unidentified stains. I have been staying at this hotel for 15 years and have always been completely satisified with the accomodations and hotel staff. The location is perfect for business and recreation. The rooms are always clean and constantly being updated. I always stay in the King Non-smoking rooms and there is never a scent of smoke.

I stayed two weeks ago. Still bugs. The phone wouldn't dial front desk. They charged me $122 for less than a day. They refuse to give me a refund. The owner / manager is never available Never stay here!!

Do not stay here at all.......There were BED BUGS in both queen size beds in the room....Employees were aware of the situation in other rooms and nothing was done......I do not recommend stay here at all

this hotel was one of the best i must say that i have stayed at the people are very helpfull rooms are clean and had everything i needed i wanted a cheep hotel cause i was traveling on a budget and let me tell you i really got more than i paid for i couldnt have asked for better.
