This hotel has a serious problem of trying to be something it is not. They market the hotel as a 'high service,' business oriented, convention type hotel. It is far from it. The room was clean & the staff was friendly. Our room overlooked the lobby & bar. The restaurant has a great breakfast buffet (my only complaint is that both days the eggs were cold) with biscuits & gravy!! The restaurant's sweet tea is to die for!!
