I have stayed here twice, one night on each visit. Our check in was easy, parking was easy. On my first visit, I stayed in a garden level room. This hotel has a serious problem of trying to be something it is not. They market the hotel as a 'high service,' business oriented, convention type hotel. It is far from it.
