This is a very unique hotel right in the heart of downtown Louisville. Not only is it a boutique hotel, but it has an art museum and restaurant as well. Most of the art collection is modern/contemporary. Hard to believe it once was a warehouse for tobacco. Job well done!

What a great venue for a hotel, museum, restaurant, and bar--a former tobacco warehouse where you can still see the character evidenced by the rough hewn wood beams. We didn't stay, but we wandered through the art gallery. Every nook and cranny is stuffed with an awesome collection, some by local artists. I loved the tornado sculpture, perforated paper images, smoke ring machine, and the haunted dollhouse charcoal print. Definitely worth visiting.

Stayed here for 2 nights preceding a conference at a separate Louisville hotel and was impressed with the unique concept and spacious rooms.
