My husband and I were asked to leave InTown Suites for having our dog. They told us we had to either leave with our dog or stay and put our dog in a kennel. We've had our dog since he was 3 weeks old and there was no way we would let him stay elsewhere...They said they have a strict " no pet " policy, but we had no idea. Most hotels allow pets, so we just assumed they did. There were no signs at the front desk and it wasn't in the contract we signed. We told them that we would be leaving, after staying there for 1 night and demanded a refund. The manager told us that he was not authorized to give us a refund and called his regional manager, Alex. He told the manager not to give us a refund, so my husband called the corporate office and left 4 messages and sat in the car for 5 hours. They did not return his call. Finally, the manager called Alex ( who refused to talk to my husband ) again and told him we were not leaving till we got a refund. We felt like Intown...
