Those that are in the Sales Office seem to know how to keep their guests happy, but until those skills are applied to all other staff, including the owners, their ratings will continue to go downhill.... Grass has not been cut this year, my room in the atrium glass had not been cleaned. Hotel in poor shape, rude employees. Very poorly managed hotel. Bright spot was server for breakfast, Chris! She was wonderful! Expected to pay a lot for Derby but went away feeling robbed!

They advertised the king suite inaccurate. None of the TVs worked in our room or families room. Charged us Wrong. They had smoking happening everywhere. The employees didn't know what they were doing. The fire alarm in both buildings kept going off. It was a nightmare.

The room was clean and appeared to be OK. In the morning we found the tub did not drain and later we found the electric lock worked intermittently.
