The rooms areworn and I had to change rooms after I checked in because both the phone and internet connection were not working properly. The catering service was better than average and the staff is courtoeous and will in gto do what it takes to make their clients happy.

The brand name conjures higher expectations and they were met for us. We went for a seemingly more premium hotel and ultimately our kids very much enjoyed one of the best indoor hotel pools we've seen. Also pleasantly surprised not to hear any air traffic at this hotel located adjacent to the airport.

This a hotel that has gone thru a multi million dollar renovation a few year back and has really breathed new life into this hotel. booked on priceline so wasnt sure what to expect. We were really impressed with this hotel the service was excellent and the room was very nice. Seemed like the perfect place to stay if you were using the airport or the expo centre.
