We were there recently for a convention. The rooms were great, the beds were comfy, but the TVs were possessed!!! Ours would not turn off and would randomly go to full volume. After a very long car trip, with two dogs in the car, I was thrilled to finally reach my destination at the Crowne Plaza, only to be informed that there was a $250 surcharge for the dogs. Nowhere during the Mileage Plus reservation process was there any mention of such a ridiculous surcharge. Travelers with pets beware.

Have stayed in this building many times throughout the years on business. The new Crowne Plaza name has added some needed upgrading to the interior and exterior. It's location is hard to beat for convention goers. The airport is right there and the free shuttle is convenient. It is sometimes hard to sleep with the airport activity throughout the night....
