Exactly as advertised. Great house, great location! The bed was very comfortable - enough to take a short afternoon nap even though I don't normally do that. Tom and Mary were delightful. Walked to and from downtown. Will definitely try to stay here next visit to Louisville!

A co worker and myself stayed here years ago while attending a conference. We never forgot the comfort, hospitality, delicious breakfast (top quality everything) and the warm snacks, tea or coffee waiting for us as we returned in the evening after a full day of sessions/lectures. This is the perfect setting to unwind and relax. Instead of a busy hotel... More

This was a return to Austin Place visit and so glad we stopped in Louisville for a night. Tom & Mary offer FIVE STAR service. Period. Breakfast was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the evening snacks (including fresh baked cookies) were a nice treat. The place just has a good "feel". It's always good to throw a B&B experience... More

The hosts were attentive and informed, as well as more than happy to give us a tour through their antique filled 3 storied homes. Breakfast was a well prepared and graciously presented, with appropriate setting and ambiance, on our morning time frame. Spinach and portabello omelette with home fries, country ham, biscuits, et al. Highly recommended as an alternative to... More

This was our 4th stay here in the last 5 years. As always Mary and Tom were great. We stayed in the jacuzzi room. Comfortable and always spotless. The breakfast was also great. We brought some wine with us and Tom saw us put it in the fridge and he set out glasses and a cork screw without even having... More

My wife and I met long time friends from another city for the weekend (two nights) at Austin's Inn place in Louisville. This was the best B&B we have ever stayed at. It is professionally run by a husband and wife (Tom and Mary) that were great hosts. The Inn is charming, the common areas were great to sit and... More

My partner and I enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Austin's. The Inn keepers, Tom and Mary, were so cordial and kind. The B&B consists of two Victorian homes which are connected by a courtyard. The decor is beautiful and rich and the atmosphere inviting. Our room was spacious and tidy. The attention to small details were everywhere, from stress... More

My wife and I stayed at Austin's Inn Place B&B last weekend. We found it while doing a search on a B&B web site. We wanted to spend a day in Louisville exploring and decided that this was the place to stay. Overall, we loved it. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had one of their hot tub rooms,... More

My wife and I had a date weekend that included a night stay at Austin's Inn Place Bed and Breakfast. We were both very impressed with this gem of an inn in our own hometown. Located in the historic Old Louisville section of town made up over many stately victorian homes, this b&b is two connected homes, beautifully furnished with... More

We stayed at Austin's Inn during the St. James Court Art Show. The hosts, Tom and Mary, couldn't have been more kind and helpful. The Inn is very charming. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and this place was spotless. The bed in our king room was very comfortable and the linens were high quality. Mary made a delicious hot breakfast... More
