If you are thinking of booking this hotel for normal price, don't. Use priceline and bid around the $40 mark. If I had paid full price for this hotel, the rating would be lower. I have stayed here several times when visiting Lexington and have never been disappointed. The hotel, although not fancy, is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The restaurant has decent food and Cracker Barrel and Waffle House are walking distance... Easy freeway access and friendly staff. More

Wonderful hotel as compared to what I paid. Entrance lobby is decent. But remember, it is not Sheraton, it is Four points. Alleyways carpet should be changed. Doors are old. We got this hotel on Priceline, so we can't complain too much -- but it definitely should not hold the Sheraton name, and all of the reviews about the carpet are 100% true. The lobby is nice, but once you step off the elevator, the place just does not feel clean or well-kept. The carpet really is wrinkled and spotted.... More

We checked in late tonight (12/28/11) and everything was ready with our reservation. The property is very well kept and the staff is exceptional. Paul at the front desk was accomodating and welcoming. He made us feel as if we were the only guests and made us his sole focus while we checked in. My girls had a great time... More
