Stayed for 3 nights in whirlpool suite. Staff very nice and helpful. Room was clean and relaxing. Quiet environment, great sleep, comfortable bed. Enjoyed our time there.
This hotel has the same owner (but has a different manager) as it did when it held the HIE franchise, and charged me for a room that I had already paid for in points. I showed the manager the bad bill at check out. The owner and the manager failed to respond at least 3 emails from the franchising hotel...
