We stayed at this hotel for free thanks to our rewards program. Nothing special, clean room, clean bathroom. We didn't really like the snarky comments about two men wanting to share a king sized bed. But then again it was free and the rewards program will hear about it. Probably won't ever stay here again, unless its free. No breakfast... More

Thanks for posting on trip advisor. We appreciate you taking the time. As to one point we do have a breakfast in the lobby but do not have a seating area. As you said we are an older hotel but our staff works hard to provide excellent service and clean rooms. Again thanks for taking time to post. More

I prefer to stay at Day's Inn when I travel, and have seldom been disappointed. This time I was using my Wyndham Rewards points, so I guess it didn't cost me anything to stay. For the advertised price of $45 per night, I would have had some issues. As it was, (1) the security chain fell off the wall mount... More

This reviewer was fair in assessment of our hotel. As the reviewer stated we are in need of renovations and as such we are priced below market. We do work hard to provide clean comfortable lodging and our front desk staff strives to help guest any way they can. Our locations is close to downtown Cincinnati, the Zoo, stadiums, and... More

While on the way from Michigan to South Carolina in a rented moving truck, I was lured into this roach motel by the $44.95 price flashing on the side of I-75. Since we were on a budget and it was late at night, I decided to give it a try. Bad mistake! This place is without a doubt, the filthiest,... More

We understand that we are an older hotel and we are scheduled to begin renovations including most of the items you mentioned in your review. We will be replacing our worn out carpets and mattresses plus replacing furniture and remodeling bathrooms. As to the issue with towel hanging on the bathroom door, this was a mistake we made and is... More

Wow, I should have looked on-line at the reviews instead of being directed to this Motel by Hotel.com and seeing that it is in the Wyndham Resorts group that I am in! What a bad mistake on my part!!! It was nasty, dirty, and the carpet had stains and was torn! Our toilet didn't flush and when we called Management,... More

Obviously we did not meet the expectations of this guest. We understand the carpets are worn and many stained and have plans to replace them as well as other rennovations. We did offer after the first night to help relocate the guest but due to this having been the weekend of Macy Music Festival any available rooms in town were... More

When we arrived to check in we really just didn't wanna get outta the car. We decided to be fair and atleast look at the room. After having 2 different clerks tell us over the phone that we could check in early for no extra fee we decided to drive over night and check in in the early morning. When... More

Obviously our employees failed to comunicate. We have since had a meeting with our staff to discuss how to properly handle these issues. Unfortunately this guest arrived on our midnite shift and we do not offer early check prior to 9am based on rooms available. More

We stayed here during a roadtrip for 1 night; booked ahead of time. We came in, 1st room looked like it was from the 1960's or 70's; first red flag. My son was wearing sandals, his feet started itching right as he walked in (I assume it was something from the old green carpet); second red flag. We asked to... More

The ceiling was water stained and disgusting. The carpets were stained. The kids begged to sleep in the car. The room was so disgusting that when we woke in the morning, we left quickly. Its hard to believe we paid for the room. We should have slept in the vehicle. More

We are sorry you were unhappy with your stay. We are an older economy hotel and are planning renovations this years including carpets and other older items in room. We work hard to provide clean comfortable lodging and would disagree with your term filthy but would agree that items such as carpets due to being worn and stained may give... More

Stayed here enroute to Southern state. Checked in around 2 am. Door to room was ajar. Having 2 small children, I allowed my husband to check out room with his flashlight. All appeared in order. Realized the door was blown open by the freeway traffic / wind. The door rattled all night long. I slept with one eye open and... More

We are an older hotel that does needs some updating of carpets and furniture but we do provide clean rooms at a value price. If your non-smoking room smelled of smoke we would have gladly found you a room that would have met your expectation. We apoligze for your experience and wish you had given us more of an opportunity... More

Scabies are mites that move from skin to skin. Generally that's how you get scabies - from someone who already has them. Though not impossible to get them from a towel or linen its very unlikely as they die very quickly when not in human contact. This is the first we have heard of this and have not had anyone... More
