Upon arrival the hotel seemed a bit abandoned. The reception was manned by the housekeeper who was somewhat annoyed that we interupted her daily soap opera on TV. The room was clean and complete. Breakfast was simple and just enough to last until noon. I'm not sure if I would stay there again.

This is a newer hotel (1-2 years) and it fit the bill for our one night stay. It was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't appreciate was their towels, which were rather grey and cheap. Close to Mammoth Caves, and close to the highway.

If you chose not to stay in Mammoth Park, this is the place to stay. Super clean with super friendly staff! Although pool is extremely small, it was clean, warm, and offered fun for kids. This hotel was built brand new in 2011 so the older bad reviews can not pertain to this hotel. This is the only nice hotel in town. If they have a room available, you better take it.
