Despite the Plus, this hotel does not compare with other BWP hotels. Long overdue for a remodel. Small rooms and laundry experience was terrible. Dryers not vented so clothes never dry. Bathroom was small and needed some updating. Not much of a selection for breakfast, even for a free continental breakfast. No trays (or employee around to find one) to bring breakfast back to room. Stayed in the "newly remodeled" section. Booked a non-smoking room. We were put on the third floor and the entire hallway reeked of smoke.
