Shower liner was dirty with make-up smudges. Our room window was in an alley way like hallway to the outside of hotel. Hotel was dirty, Hairs in sheets and in bathroom....staff did not seem to care...checked out went somewhere else...Beware. more

Checked in to this hotel went into room...one of the first things we seen was a roach running across the bathroom floor...went back to front desk and checked out and went somewhere else. more

This hotel provided EXCELLENT value. The cleanliness was amazing for this level of hotel. I have paid $400/night for a room that was not as clean as this hotel. If/when I return to Berea, KY, this Holiday Inn will be where I stay. more
