The room itself was OK - clean enough for 1 night, but rather shabby. The gentleman in charge (of everything, it seemed!) had no customer service skills. We had problems with lack of towels and a room door that would not lock when you went out. The breakfast was not good - stale doughnuts and watered-down fruit juice. The cream... more

I am a travel agent and have stayed at quite a few places ranging from budget hotels to preferred hotels and resorts. If it wasn't for the fact that I arrived at 730PM and was only staying a night, I would have forfeited my "points" that I used to book this hotel and stayed across the street at the Holiday... more

I called there gave my all my information including credit card info and they said they would call me back and give me a confirmation number. They never called.
