This property has a good location and a nice pool (although the whirlpool was not working when we were there). I was surprised that the room was not as clean as usual for a Hampton Inn. The breakfast also lacked the usual variety of selections. more

This Hampton Inn is a good place to stay. It offers all the typical amenities of a Hampton property such as wireless internet, complimentary breakfast, indoor pool, etc, minus an exercise room. This was probably my 3rd or 4th time staying at this particular Hampton Inn. As expected with most Hamptons, very comfortable rooms, beds, and well kept bathrooms. This is one of the nicest hotels in its class that we've stayed in. We selected it because of Trip Advisor reviews, and we are quite satisfied with our decision (and the reviews). The property was renovated in 2007 (or so we were told) and they did quite a nice job. Clean, nicely decorated rooms. Good bathrooms. Excellent breakfast room.... more

I was slightly worried when we drove past the downtown/tourist area and headed east. However, I quickly found that the east side of Wichita is the more upscale area - beautiful homes, great shopping and the best restaurants are nearby. The area itself was more business than tourist but our hotel was grouped with many others of the same sort.... more

Great facility in the Hampton Inn Wichita-East. Clean room with the new Cloud Nine Bed. Breakfast was hot and great, as usual, and the facility was well maintained and very clean. Would definitely stay here again when in Wichita. more

Right off the turnpike, on a dead end street. This alone (and the accompanying sidewalks) makes it ideal for those with a dog, large vacant lots adjacent as well for dogs. Rooms are even with the new Hampton Inn cloud mattresses I think. Usual high quality breakfast. No unpleasant surprises here. more
