Great location if you are going to the Kansas Coliseum. Rooms are being remodeled. They accept pets. Downside: nothing but fast food and Applebys close to motel. I came to visit a friend who's parent had just died. I was only there for one nignt but it was a beautiful room and the breakfast was very nice. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

We stopped on our way home from a trip to Texas. The king room was quite roomy and clean and comfortable. It was very quite and peaceful. A great place to stop before continuing the last leg of our trip. The price was very reasonable for the room that we recieved. Would stay there again.
