The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and newly remodeled. The bed was very comfortable. The stay was excellent for the price! My work has me travelling past Russell twice a year. I always stop here. Room is adequate, rates are great. My only gripe is that one winter when it was bitterly cold (-10 outside) they only had the breakfast area up to about 40. I don't know if that was a breakdown or what! More
