The desk personnel and restraunt employees were all courteous and professional. The breakfast was excellent and the service likewise. There were several sports teams in the facility over this weekend, but noise issues were well managed by the arrangements made by this hotel. Everything was excellent except trying to make the reservation. It was much more reasonable on-line. The service, room, and surroundings were wonderful. They serve a fresh breakfast in the morning and also served a simple lunch. The free Internet service worked perfectly.

Good location, great access to highways, restaurants, shopping. Excellent front desk and breakfast staff that gave us superior attention. Comfy bed, but lousy pillows. Had a Jr King Suite with breakfast package...thought this was excellent value. We'd return to this hotel in a flash

We really liked this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a free hot breakfast buffet that was offered for our group and was very affordable. Was very convenient to just walk over to Overland Park Convention Center. I would definately stay here again.

Second visit to this property. Value-good, cleanliness-great, location-great, comfort-great, service-great. Across the street from the Overland Park convention center. A large number of restaurants a short drive away. Movie theater close by. Would ask for a top floor room next time, heard footsteps from above at times. No in room safe.
