Great evening reception and breakfast, the staff is so kind. The hotel rooms though could definitely stand to have some new decor and furnishings though. This was my first experience with this brand. Overall, it was a decent value, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

The hotel is showing it's age and could use some updating, but the staff is pleasant and the food adequate. Comfortable bed and pillows. Kitchenette equipped with basics. A decent value for the money. Short drive to restraunt options. Tucked away on quiet street.

Whenever we travel to the Overland Park area this is the place we prefer! Great staff. Great amenities. Great rooms. Good security! Complimentary breakfast and evening reception has good selection and nice way to start or end the business day.
