The only way this stay could have been worse would be if there had been a dead body in the room...which there probably has been at some point! My room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The TV was cracked, and the remote was a universal remote that didn't even work with the TV. The pillows were from the Kmart bargain... More

Because there was a convention in town we were "upgraded" to the Ramada Inn room. thought it would have been a better room (not). No phone book, no hair dryer, no coffee pot (no coffee). There were flies in the room (understandable since it is an outside entrance). Towels were tan but I believe they are suppose to be white.... More

We had a nonrefundable reservation for this place. It looked so dreadful and unsafe when we drove into the parking lot, we would not even stop there. People came out of the rooms to look at us because we were driving by.

From incompetent help at the reception desk to nasty conditions, bugs in the room when the lights came on, none of the amenities listed in room ( i.e. coffee pot, but no coffee, no kleenix, no soap), half smoked cigarette still on towel rack! The door handle to the room was loose and wouldn't deadbolt, lots of people wandering around... More
