I travel for a living, on the road well over 200 nights out of the year. This property has problems from the rooms to the owners, and everything in between. An unbelievable stench permiated throughout the entire hotel, and the customer service was non-existant. You have a lot of other options in Ottawa, use them.

The stay at this hotel was less than stellar. The owners were kind but the rooms were not comfortably clean.
