My wife and I stayed for several days visiting relatives in Lawrence. Overall good value, clean, quiet, good condition. Stayed here two separate times, about a month apart, so it must be worth coming to! This is definitely a budget motel. It's a "park at the door" motel, exterior doors, and stairs to the 2nd floor. It might be okay for one night, but if you intend to stay for several days with the intention of storing food items you really need to keep looking for another place.

Family run, the owners are kind and helpful. The rooms are large and although the rooms' lighting was a little dark, for the price it really can't be beat. Easy drive to downtown Lawrence.
