Owners of the hotel are very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean but minimally furnished. Internet works well. Hot water is difficult to regulate. No coffee pot in rooms. If you have to come to Holton, KS, its probably the best lodging alternative.

This Red Roof Inn is under new management. The rooms are very large, and very clean. The staff are very courteous and you will be made to feel like you are a member of their family. After staying at the RRI, take some time to visit the down town section of Holton. You should really enjoy it.

Slim choices best in the area. Good rooms clean and comfortable. Exellent service and great staff
We stayed in handcap room #104 and it was nice and clean ,, pretty room, large room, close to front door .
It had the extra tall stool in bath with the grab bars. We would prefer the roll in shower but we got along with the tub.
The large King size mattress was getting broke down on the edge...

We were headed to the Super 8 across the street, but decided to check at this Red Roof Inn. We were quoted a price. When we decided to stay here, we requested a certain area and the price went down. Room was cold, which was nice since we had traveled by bike. Clean, Quiet and comfortable. Staff was very nice....
