Way over priced.TV didn't work. Hallway lights out right outside out room. No alarm clock. Shampoo packet was a joke. Do not allow friends or family to stay here. Did get a credit for non working TV.

Had stayed at this hotel some time last year (don't remember exact month). Since that stay seems like some changes are happening (which was much needed). The front desk person was warm, polite and welcoming. Room aged but looked clean and painted. Wake-up call was on-time and the restaurant brunch was excellent (only served on Sunday though). There is a...

Clean, comfortable, below average housekeeping, clerk provided small room heater due to very cold room (worked OK), desk clerks seemed flustered with some poor attitude and unfriendliness (didn't care whether or not you stayed there),good to excellent restaurant (Sunday brunch was great). Mishandled my reservation and incorrectly told my family that I had previously cancelled (not at all true, but it got straightened...

Memorial weekend and reunions in the area. We didn't find out about my husband's reunion until 3 better hotels in the area were full.
This hotel was formerly a Holiday Inn Holidome but hasn't been in the Holiday Inn chain for close to 20 years.
We were checked into a room that someone else was already staying in and were...

Older place showing it's age from the design to the rusty steel railings. But, you would easily spend another $50.00 or more on a newer hotel with the same amenities. On-site lounge and restaurant a plus and there's an Applebees right next door. Entire property was clean and fairly well maintained. We used the pool and (small) exercise area. Our...

My girlfriend, Crystal, and I decided to reserve a room at the Highland Hotel on Thanksgiving Eve when it had become obvious that we had few options left. Traveling late through November fog we arrived at the front desk at 11:11pm. We were then greeted by a cheery, round mid-western woman whom would prove to be the most pleasant part...

We stayed in this hotel for a baseball tournament recommended by the tournament directors. I would not let my own dog stay in this hotel. There was mold in the shower, on the ceiling, around the beds, bugs under the covers, and in dresser drawers, sinks would not drain and leaked on the floor making the carpet wet. If we...

We recently stayed 2 nights during a baseball tournament. We got a discounted rate for the group, and we choose the hotel because it looked like a good place for kids. The kids did have a good time around the pool, but that's about the best I thing I can say. While it was posted in the room that the...

I have had to stay at this hotel a number of times over the years. Many times I have observed the hotel manager yell at his employees in front of customers. The hotel has gotten progressively worse over the years. The pool and whirlpool need to be updated very badly. The last time I stayed there the room they gave...

We stayed three nights and neither of our two rooms had heat. They fixed one of the rooms by the third night. The other room was never fixed. We will never stay at this hotel again!!
