On the surface, this looks like a good motel and waterpark, but once you look closer, it gets bad......fast.

This must have been a Holiday Inn in the not so recent past because all of the literature has Holiday Inn crossed out out and Clarion written over it.

Waterpark: Water was cold, rust on the kids play area, the "frog hop" area was all torn apart and looked dangerous. The waterslide about broke my back because the different sections of the slide did not line up. On a positive note, the water looked mostly clean.

Room: Like I said, it was awful. Straight from the 70's. Some effort was put in to upgrade the bathrooms, but they did not replace the cracked and moldy tub?!?! None of us used the shower and decided to just drive the 4 hours home and shower when we got back instead. more

The waterpark was a blast. However the rooms, hell no! Mold on the bathroom walls. The glasses in the room, lets just say sick! Better off getting plastic cups to drink from. This is an old motel that someone gave a facelift to each room then added a waterpark, and started charging $150 a night. The price for this motel room should be $29.99 a night if not $19.99. more
