Chairs were threadbare, grimy, linens gray & frayed, vintage toilet seat with carved initials, no blanket, shampoo or bathroom vent/fan, carpet stained and needed stretching. I was very satisfied with the room, cleanliness, amenities, service and price. I would only recommend that they improve their cable connection and replace out dated TV with newer, larger one.

We were very pleasantly surprised at the service and cleanliness and roominess of the hotel. It was well decorated, and the beds were very comfortable, which makes a stay great. The hosts were friendly and just like family. We will definitely stay there the next time we come to the Webster area.
