This hotel is right next to the highway. During my previous stay,I attributed the traffic noise to the poor window seal. This time, the window appears ok, but it is still noisy! Perhaps they should offer free sleep sound generators in every room...

Totally agree with the previous reviewer who said not to rely on GPS. We used an online application for directions and were sent on a wild goose chase using the hotel zip code. We followed our phone GPS, which took us the long way around and had us on "old LaPorte Road". We weren't far from our hotel, but we did stop at a gas station and ask. Hotel was typical clean HIE. We stay HIE a lot to get free nights and have not been disappointed.

Very nice newer Holiday Inn Express. Rooms are modern and clean. Front desk staff needs some customer service training. Not particularly friendly and no recognition for PC status.
