Brand new facility. Previous reviews are on target. Price is reasonable but would expect to climb. Everything is new. Plenty of TV channels, decent size work out room, friendly staff. The nices H.I Express in Des Moines area.

This is one of the most besutiful hotels I've ever stayed in. Practicslly brand new. Very upscale in sppearance. Very quiiet and comfy. Excellent hot breskfast daily and great staff. Walking didtance to Culver's and Ruby Tuesday. Hop on interstate and be anywhere in Des Moines in 15 minutes. Reasonable rates for hotel this beautiful.

This is one of the newest HIX's I've stayed in. Right off the interstate. Nice spacious room, comfy bed, and breakfast was great (for the standard HIX options). I will definately stay here in the future.

Stayed here on sat. night, in town for a wedding. Room was very clean and looked new. I plan on staying here again on up coming trip. Room cant be beat for the bucks.

The hotel is new, color scheme is a bit different. I didn't care for the bed, it had a plastic covering under the sheets? I don't know if that is for bed bugs or what. You can really hear the highway noise. Very clean, very efficient, nice furnishing. Great breakfast..not just your typical donut and coffee. Overall satisfactory stay

Stayed with a couple friends on our way out to Colorado. We got there late and the night auditor/front desk worker was very accommodating and courteous. The building is new, squeaky clean, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We all found Holiday Inn's new bedding to be REALLY comfortable and having a hot breakfast ready to go in... More
