We stayed at the AmericInn for our anniversary, and were very pleased with the place. We booked the large, two-room suite with a jacuzzi tub and fireplace. The woman at the desk was very pleasant. We stay here every year for the NAIA Women's Basketball Championship to support our hometown college. The staff is always great. I see the same faces alot from year to year. They always remember us as well. It's always a hectic week with lots of different activities but it's sooooo relaxing when we get to come back to the motel... more

The first night of our stay was Christmas eve. I scheduled the fireplace/whirlpool suite as a special treat for my family, but the fireplace wouldn't stay lighted! Management tried with no success. Such a beautiful lobby, they went out of their way to make us comfortable. We have family there and go fairly often. We've stayed other places in Sioux City, but the AmericInn is the best. Great pool area. Can actually sit at tables to watch the children swim. Nice rooms, very clean. By far the best!! more
