Hotel was fine. Always enjoy the Holiday Inn Breakfast. They only charge $10.00 for you to have your pet stay! Some places charge $75.00. Lady at front desk was very nice, and another woman was nice when I called. More

I had to drive to Iowa to pick something up. I booked this hotel through hotwire. What a great stay. Quick efficient check in. Room was very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was excellent. Anything from fruit to pancakes to eggs sausage and biscuits. Highly recommended! More

Pet friendly, odd location, seeems like everything is on other side of town. Pillows are labeled soft and firm. Very comfortable bed. Very comfortable chairs. Carpet seemed clean. Parking lot seemed small, there were a couple of trailers taking up several spaces. Overall very nice stay. More

This hotel looked new but cheaply built. The walls were paper thin and you could hear noise from the adjoining rooms. Our room was dusty. The sink in the bathroom bubbled up black crud. We showed up on a Friday night for a family reunion and immediately began peppering the girl at the front desk with questions, where to eat, how to get to the park, where to get a drink, she was getting it from tour people at the same time, quietly and calmly she answered each of our questions, printed out directions... Due to death in family we had a small get together in the breakfast room. It was cozy. Assistance was available when we needed it, but no one hovered over us. They were very accomodating. The room was comfortable & they put us near the breakfast room so that was convenient. They did not charge us extra for the use... More

My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Sioux City during a cross-country tour. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and seems to be located in a quiet area of the city. Old hotel, old and crappy air conditioning unit, no exercise room, the complementary breakfast consisted of powder eggs and pork gravy. Room was clean, plenty of hot water and location (next to mall) were the only positive things I can say. $300 for two nights is too much for this hotel. More
